This value-added project at 1270 Mid-Valley Drive, Jessup, PA was Equilibrium’s first foray into the Scranton/Wilkes Barre/Hazleton industrial market. This building of 151,100 square feet on 8.5 acres is located within the Mid-Valley Industrial Park with excellent access to State Routes 6 and 247 and Interstates 81, 380, 84 and 476. This existing 21’ clear, front-loaded warehouse was constructed by a corporate user in 1991 and expanded in 1993.
Equilibrium recently completed capital improvements including repaving parking lot/truck court, building insulation and new heating units. A 92,600 square foot suite is currently available for lease.
